The user of a public parking area is obliged to pay for the parking ticket within a time limit of 10 minutes from parking the vehicle. Tickets not paid by mobile payment (M-parking SMS, Paydo, Aircash, kiosks, etc.) must be displayed in the vehicle in a visible place under the windscreen, so that their validity can be checked.
All motorcyclists whose motorcycles are parked in a space for passenger cars are obliged to pay for a parking ticket, just as if it were a passenger car.
According to the applicable Decision on the organisation and manner of charging and controlling parking in the city of Pula, the user of a paid public parking area subject to payment of the DPK is deemed to be the vehicle owner recorded in the relevant records of the Ministry of the Interior (MUP), according to the vehicle registration plate on the day the DPK was issued. Since at the time the DPK was issued you were still registered with the MUP as the owner of the vehicle, all claims of Pula parking d.o.o. will be directed at you. Therefore, the DPK must be paid by the person recorded in the MUP records as the owner of the vehicle at the time the DPK was issued, or you may submit a complaint to us (within the prescribed deadline) by e-mail reklamacije@pulaparking.hr or by post to the address Pula parking d.o.o., Prilaz kralja Salamona 4, 52100 Pula, so that, in accordance with the submitted sales contract, we can register the new owner of the vehicle whom we will charge for payment of the daily parking ticket.
The hourly ticket is most easily purchased via our PORTAL, as well as at all parking machines, via M-parking SMS from a mobile device, at Tisak and Inovine kiosks, and via the Paydo and Aircash applications.

The daily parking ticket (DPK) is most easily paid via our PORTAL, as well as at the cash desk of the company Pula parking d.o.o., Prilaz kralja Salamona 4, 52100 Pula, MON - SAT from 07:00 to 20:00, as well as at all post offices and banks, Tisak and Inovine kiosks, and via the Paydo and Aircash applications.
a) For a natural person: identity card (address in the charging zone) and vehicle registration certificate (same owner on both documents)
b) For a legal person: proof of the business premises address, i.e. that the company is registered in the area of the charging zone (title deed, business premises lease agreement, extract from the commercial court register) and vehicle registration certificate.
Note: When issuing the PPK, both natural and legal persons must settle all their debts towards the parking organiser.
