How we process your data and what your rights are
Pula parking d.o.o. processes personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, solely for clear and legitimate purposes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Croatian Act implementing the GDPR (Zakon o provedbi Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka).

We respond without undue delay and in any event within one month.
What data we collect
When you contact us through our forms or by email, we collect your full name, email address and mobile or landline telephone number. This data is needed solely to record your enquiry correctly and to communicate with you about it.
Data is not disclosed to third parties, except to the partners strictly necessary to provide the service: Google LLC (analytics tools) and E-scape (web hosting).
The technical data recorded by our systems covers your internet and/or mobile connection (including IP address), device type, operating system and browser type.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, having regard to limitation periods and statutory requirements.
What you can request
- Information about processing: what data we hold, why, and for how long we keep it.
- A copy of your data: a copy of the personal data we process.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure of data once there is no longer a basis for processing it.
We respond without undue delay and in any event within one month; where necessary, this period may be extended by a further two months. Where possible, we reply electronically to requests made electronically. Send your request to gdpr@pulaparking.hr.
When we process data
We process personal data only where at least one of the following conditions is met:
- the data subject has given consent to processing for one or more specific purposes;
- processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
- processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which Pula parking is subject;
- processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
- processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest;
- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Pula parking or by a third party.
Consent must be freely given and provided in writing, in clear and plain language that is easy to understand. For children under 16, consent is given by the holder of parental responsibility.
How we keep data secure
Data is stored on a dedicated network server located in the European Union. The data centre is protected by a biometric access system, logging of all entries and exits, three restricted-access zones, locks with two separate access terminals, and 24/7 CCTV monitoring and recording.
